Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a return, replacement, or refund for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

The video must:

. Clearly show the sealed package before opening

. Show the shipping label clearly

. Capture the full unboxing process without cuts or edits

. Clearly display the issue or damaged item

Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process return or refund requests for damaged or missing products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and the required unboxing video. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or provided through an agreed refund option within a few business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, clearance, sale, or customized products, returns may not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product.
